Questions about your loan
Lending Buddy is not a lender, so we can't see your loan account, change a payment date or process payments. For questions about an existing loan — balance, payment schedule, payoff or hardship options — contact the lender listed on your loan agreement directly. Their contact information appears in your agreement and approval emails.
Stop calls, texts or emails
Reply STOP to any text message, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email [email protected]. See Your Privacy Choices for more.
Report a scam
Lending Buddy and legitimate lenders will never ask you to pay an upfront fee, buy gift cards or send money to "unlock" a loan. If someone does, stop contact and report it to the FTC at ReportFraud.ftc.gov. Learn the warning signs in our guide on how to spot loan scams.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about a lender, contact the lender first. You may also submit a complaint to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (consumerfinance.gov/complaint) or your state's financial regulator.
